| Exchange Disseminated Time 14/07/2016 19:21:01 | IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 02, 2016 to August 09, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 09, 2016.
The Final Dividend of Rs. 2.00 per share recommended by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 13, 2016. if approved by the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid on or before September 07, 2016 to those Members, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company as on August 09, 2016. In respect of shares held in dematerialized mode, the dividend will be payable to those persons whose names appear as beneficial owners as at the closure of the business hours on August 01, 2016 as per the details to be furnished by the depositories. |
