Berger Paints India Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company on July 19, 2016 has issued and allotted 27,73,91,165 bonus equity Shares of Re. 1/- each, in the proportion of two bonus shares for every five existing fully paid up equity shares.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, the revised Share Capital Structure : -
1. Authorised Capital - Rs. 110,00,00,000/- divided into 110,00,00,000 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each.
2. Issued Capital - Rs.97,09,60,557/- divided into 97,09,60,557 Equity Shares of Re 1/- each.
3. Subscribed & Paid up Capital - Rs. 97,08,69,077/- divided into 97,08,69,077 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each. |
