This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, the 24th day of January 2018, to consider and approve, inter-alia, the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results for the 03rd quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2017.
Further, the trading window of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders framed by the Company will be closed for all directors / officers / designated employees of the Company from January 16, 2018 to January 27, 2018 (both days inclusive).
