Subsequently these financial results will be filed with the stock exchanges by the Company Secretary.
Further as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,2015 for prevention of Insider Trading in securities of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from 07th August, 2017 to 15th August, 2017 (both days inclusive) |
