| Exchange Disseminated Time | The Exchange has sought clarification from IFCI Ltd with respect to news article appearing on Moneycontrol website on October 09, 2014 titled "IFCI puts Blue Coast Hotels in Goa on block, reserve price Rs. 542 crore"
IFCI Ltd has replied BSE as under:-
"We would like to state that recovery process for IFCI Limited is a normal business matter for the Company as the Company is an NBFC & a PFI. This is done under the Securitisation & Reconstruction of Financial Assets & Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 20012 (SRFA&ESI Act, 2002) read with Rule 6,7,8 & 9 of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002.
This is not a matter which is price sensitive in nature." |
