| Exchange Disseminated Time | Landmark Property Development Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Company filed a Company Petition with the Hon'ble Company Law Board (CLB) Kolkata Bench, u/s 17 of the Companies Act, 1956 for confirmation of the alternation in the Memorandum of Association of the Company for shifting of the Registered Office of the Company form the State of Orissa to the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi.
The Hon'ble Company Law Board (CLB), Kolkate Bench vide its Order dated March 16, 2009 has confirmed the aforesaid alternation.
Futher, the Board of Directors of the Company have noted the above said Order and approved the location of the Registered Office of the Company at 11th Floor, Narain Manzil, 23, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi - 110001 with effect from March 25, 2009 by passing a Resolution by Circulation effective on March 25, 2009. |
