| Exchange Disseminated Time | Career Point Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 14, 2015, inter-alia has transacted following business:
1. Considered and approved Code of Conduct for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI), under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015. The Code shall be effective from the day of coming into effect of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,2015 i.e. May 15, 2015. A copy of the 'Code of Conduct for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) is enclosed herewith.
2. Considered and approved Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Employees and other Connected Persons, under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
3. Took note of disclosure of interest of the Directors of the Company
4. Took note of the Register of Contracts of the Company. |
