1. To approve draft Notice convening 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and to fix the date and venue for convening the same.
2. To fix the date of Book Closure for the purpose of convening of AGM.
3. To consider proposal of Consolidation of shares from Re. 1 to Rs. 10.
4. To consider the proposal for further issue of Shares and / or other securities on Rights Basis. |
