| Exchange Disseminated Time | Goldman Sachs Gold Exchange Traded Scheme has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of Goldman Sachs Trustee Company (India) Pvt. Ltd. (Trustees to Goldman Sachs Mutual Fund) at their meeting held on February 28, 2012 have approved to extend the buy back of fractional units of Goldman Sachs Gold Exchange Traded Scheme (GS Gold BeES) till all the fractional units have been bought back and has fixed the last working day of every month as the specified date for the same. The amount payable towards the buy back of fractional units shall be calculated on the NAV as on the specified date.
