1. Approve and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2016;
2. Approve and take on record the audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the Fourth Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2016.
Further, the Trading Window in respect of Company's Securities shall remain closed for all the Directors /Officers/ Designated Employees of the Company from the opening of the trading hours on May 26, 2016 till the close of the trading hours on June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading. |
