1. To consider and approve the unaudited Financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
2. To fix date, time and venue for the 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
3. To fix the dates for closing of Register of Members and Transfer Books.
4. To consider the appointment of statutory Auditors for F.Y. 2015-16 and fix their remuneration.
5. To consider Audited Financial statements for the Year ended March 31, 2015 together with the Directors Report and Auditors Report thereon.
6. To approve Draft of Notice for 35th Annual General Meeting.
7. To consider the re-appointment of Director who retire by rotation. |
