| Exchange Disseminated Time | Technocraft Industries (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 06, 2015, to consider & approve Unaudited & Standalone financial results for the quarter / nine month ended on December 31, 2014.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the 3rd quarter ended December 31, 2014 for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from January 27 , 2015 upto a period of 24 hours after the date on which unaudited financial results for the 3rd Quarter ended December 31, 2014 is submitted to the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly all the Designated Employees (Including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
