| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ashika Credit Capital Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on October 25, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 along with Statement of Assets & Liabilities for the half year ended on September 30, 2014.
Further, as per Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited Financial results of the Company for quarter ended September 30, 2014 for all Designated Employees (including Directors of the Company) from October 15, 2014 till 24 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the company to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive). Accordingly all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transactions involving securities of the Company during the aforesaid closure of Trading Window. |
