| Exchange Disseminated Time | Signet Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. Approved the adoption of new set of Articles of Association and alterations in the Memorandum of Association of Company pursuant to the provisions of Companies Act, 2013, subject to the approval of shareholders.
2. Approved the splitting of equity share capital of the Company from the face value of Rs. 10 to Rs. 1 each subject to the approval of shareholders.
3. Approved the notice of postal ballot for taking the approval of shareholders on the adoption of new set of Articles of Association, alteration of Memorandum of Association and splitting of shares. |
