| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier annoucement dated August 07, 2009 regarding Outcome of Board Meeting, Core Emballage Ltd has now informed BSE that, in the said announcement, due to typographical error some of the information was wrongly mentioned. The correct of the same should be read as follows:
1. On page no. 2 and 3, serial no. 4, item no. 4, in the constitution of Finance Committee, The name of Mukesh Adeshara be placed in place of "Kirtan Soni".
2. In item no. 6, in the table, the word "Pre-offer" be placed in the place of the word "Post offer".
3. In item no. 6 in the column "Pre-offer" (as amended), against the name Mrs. Fenny C
Mandalia, the number of shares may be taken as 7000 in the place of 700.
Consequently the total may also be corrected and read as 526418 in the place of 520118 and 9129352 in the place of 9123052.
