| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Shree Renuka Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 21, 2013, inter alia, has considered and approved the amalgamation of the Company's Wholly Owned Overseas Subsidiary, Renuka Commodities DMCC, UAE, into itself. The Scheme of Amalgamation is subject to the approval of the shareholders, stock exchanges, creditors, sanction of the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka at Bangalore, pursuant to the provisions of Section 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 and all statutory and regulatory authorities, as applicable. |
