1. performance of the Non-Independent Directors and the Board as a whole;
2. performance of the Chairman of the company as per the views given by Executive Directors and Non-Executive Directors; and
3. assess the quality, quantity and timeliness of flow of information between the management of the company and the Board that is necessary for the Board to effectively and reasonably perform their duties. |
