| Exchange Disseminated Time 25/07/2016 11:33:41 | | Jai Balaji Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 25, 2016, which commenced at 10:30 a.m. and concluded at 11:15 a.m., inter alia, have approved the part conversion of 16,50,000 convertible warrants into 16,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each out of balance 1,46,05,000 convertible warrants to the entities as pursuant to exercise of their rights of conversion of warrants into equity shares and accordingly the Board of Directors have allotted 16,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up on account of conversion. |
