We are accordingly adopting Ind As from the Financial Year 2017-18.
Pursuant to SEBI relaxation, we would like to keep the Board Meeting for approval of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017 on or before 14th September, 2017. A Letter dated 11th August, 2017 is enclosed.
