| Exchange Disseminated Time | Infomedia India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 10, 2008, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:
1. Proposal of merger I-Ven Interactive Ltd, Mumbai with the Company; and
2. Proposal to seek shareholders approval by means of a Postal Ballot, to inter-alia;
(i) amend the Articles of Association of the Company; and
(ii) divest the Printing Division of the Company in accordance with section 293 (1) (a) of the Companies Act, 1956. |
