Please be informed that the Settlement Division of SEBI, vide email dated January 4, 2018, has communicated that the High Powered Advisory Committee, constituted by SEBI for consideration of the settlement application filed by the Company and Mr. Ajay Bijli against the show cause notice dated November 22, 2016 issued by SEBI in relation to certain alleged violations of the erstwhile Listing Agreement and the LODR, has recommended that the subject matter of the settlement application be settled upon payment of Rs. 20,40,000 by Mr. Bijli and Rs. 2,80,500 by the Company, towards settlement charges.
As directed by SEBI, the amount of settlement charges is being deposited with the office of SEBI and the matter stands concluded.
