| Exchange Disseminated Time | Donear Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 13, 2016, has considered and approved the following:
1. Execution of Uniform Listing Agreement with NSE and BSE as mandated by provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Board authorised Mr. Rajendra Agarwal, Managing Director or Mr. Ashok Agarwal, Chief Financial Officer to sign the agreement on behalf of the Company.
2. Approval of various policies under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015:
a. Policy on Preservation of Documents
b. Policy for Determination of Material Events
