1. recommended dividend @ 30% (Rs. 1.50) on Equity Shares of Rs. 5 each for the year ended on March 31, 2016, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting;
2. decided to pay the dividend, if declared at the above Annual General Meeting, on or after September 07, 2016 to those Members entitled thereto.
