| Exchange Disseminated Time | The Exchange has sought clarification from NMDC Ltd with respect to news article appearing in The Economic Times on November 03, 2014 titled "NMDC Eyes Stake in Russian Potash Mine as part of Fertilizer Push."
NMDC Ltd replied stating "We inform that as per NMDC's overseas acquisition strategy, the company has been examining several overseas assets & still in initial stages.
Further, we inform that the intimation would be given as per the listing agreement after finalization and final decision of investment." |
