It is hereby informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Thursday, 17th August, 2017, appointed Shri Ghanshyambhai Girdharlal Trivedi (DIN:00021470), as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Non Independent Director) of the Company, with effect from 1st September, 2017 pursuant to the provisions under Section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013, who shall hold office up to the date of the next annual general meeting or the last date on which the annual general meeting should have been held, whichever is earlier.
