D. N. Nagar, Opp. Indian Oil Nagar, Link Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai - 400 053 to transact the business as set out in the Notice of the 31st AGM.
Pursuant to provision of Section 91 of the Companies Act,2013 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations,2015 this is to inform you that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, September 21, 2017 to Wednesday, September 27, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company.
Further as per the section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with the rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rule, 2014 and Regulation 44 of Listing Regulations,2015, the Company is pleased to provide to its member the Facility to cast their vote(s) on all resolutions set forth in Notice by electronic means ('e-voting'). The instructions for e-voting is mentioned in the Notice.
The Cut-Off date will be September 20, 2017 to record the entitlement of the shareholders to cast their vote electronically during the AGM. The Remote E-Voting will commence on Saturday , 23rd September, 2017 at 9.00 a.m. and will end on Tuesday, the 26th September at 5.00 p.m.
