- To consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended as on December 31, 2015.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all directors/ officers/ designated employees of the Company from February 11, 2016 to February 13, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
