- Allotment of 56,33,718 fully paid up Rights Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 88.75 per Rights Equity Shares including a premium of Rs. 78.75 per Rights Equity Shares, to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company and in pursuance of the basis of allotment approved by the BSE Limited, the designated stock exchange. |
