1. Considered and approved the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2017 (Copy enclosed) alongwith the Limited Review Report thereon issued by Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP;
2. The 9th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Friday, the 29th day of September, 2017 at the Registered Office of the Company.
3. Plans to launch Fitness and Fashion wear range in the name of 'ROCK IT'. The basic idea behind it is to introduce garments having an ideal combination of fitness and fashion. Initially, the merchandise will be sold through the e-commerce platforms backed by extensive digital marketing plans.
