1. Approved Companies Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on December 31, 2015 for all directors/ officers/ designated employee of the Company with immediate effect till 48 hours after the announcement of the Financial Result of the Company to the Stock Exchange (both day Inclusive).
2. Approved appointment of Mr. Anurag Fatehpuria as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company.
3. Approved appointment of M/s Prakash Patwari & Co. as the Internal Auditor of the Company. |
