| Exchange Disseminated Time 26/07/2016 18:41:37 | With reference to the earlier letter dated May 23, 2016, intimated that the Board meeting scheduled for May 24, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results as at March 31 2016 has been postponed till further notice.
Accel Frontline Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company will be held on Monday, the August 01, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results as at March 31, 2016 and Un-Audited Financial results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2016.
In light of the above, the ‘Trading window" of the Company shall remain closed till the financial results are adopted by the Board of Directors, and will re-open on August 04, 2016 in accordance with dealing with the securities of the Company as per the Company's Code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading as adopted by the Company in compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015. |
