| Exchange Disseminated Time 31/12/2016 12:01:18 | Ashika Credit Capital Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 10, 2017, to consider, approve and take on record inter alia the following:
- The Un-Audited financial Results of the Company along with Limited Review report for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (ACCL Insider Code), framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from the January 01, 2017 till January 12, 2017 (both days inclusive) i.e. completion of 48 Hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, all the Insiders (including Directors and designated employees as per ACCL Insider Code) and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
