1. Change in Directorate
- Cessation
Mr. Bernard Fontana, Director, has stepped down from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from July 17, 2015 consequent upon his stepping down as CEO of Holcim Limited, Switzerland.
The Board of Directors of the Company have placed its warm appreciation for the valuable services rendered by Mr. Fontana during his tenure as Director of the Company.
2. Appointment
Mr. Eric Olsen, CEO of LafargeHolcim Ltd (formerly known as Holcim Ltd.) has been appointed as an additional director (as their representative Director) on the Board of Directors of the Company.
3. Amalgamation of Dirk India Pvt Ltd wholly owned subsidiary with Ambuja Cements Ltd
Approved the Amalgamation of Dirk India Pvt Ltd a 100% subsidiary of the Company with the Company, subject to necessary approvals. |
