| Exchange Disseminated Time | Photon Capital Advisors Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2010, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet of the company as on March 31, 2010 and Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date together with the Directors’ Report and Auditors’ Report and Compliance Certificate thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. V. R. Shankara, as a Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. K. Vijayaraghvan & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad, as Auditors of the Company to hold the office from the conclusion of this meeting, till the conclusion of the next Annual General of the Company at a remuneration, terms & conditions. |
