Further, as per the Company’s code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for all designated employees, their immediate relatives, persons having contractual or fiduciary relation with the Company such as auditors, law firms, analysts, consultants, assisting or advising the company, from July 25, 2016 to August 04, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
