| Exchange Disseminated Time | Manugraph India Ltd has informed BSE that:
1. M/s. B F Pavri & Co., auditors of the Company had not opted for re-appointment and hence ceased to be auditors of the Company from the conclusion of the 38th Annual General Meeting held on September 27, 2010.
Further, at the said Annual General Meeting M/s. Natvarlal Vepari & Co., Chartered Accountants have been appointed as auditors of the Company from the conclusion of 38th Annual General Meeting held on September 27, 2010 upto the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
2. Mr. Jayant C. Vakil retired by rotation at the 38th Annual General Meeting held on September 27, 2010 and he had not offered for re-appointment as Director of the Company due to his preoccupation. Hence
Mr. Jayant C. Vakil ceased to be director of the Company w.e.f. September 27, 2010. |
