Further,pursuant to Regulations 46 & 47 of LODR, notice of theaforesaid Meeting is also being published in newspapers & uploaded on website of Company. Financial results so approved will also be published pursuant to provisions of LODR. Further,pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation,2015, as amended & Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Insiders in its securities,the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the equity shares of Company will be closed for aforesaid purpose w.e.f.
