| Exchange Disseminated Time | MT Educare Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 17, 2016, inter alia, has:
1. Recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 1.40 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2016, subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Further, the date of payment/ dispatch of dividend shall be intimated separately.
2. Considered and approved resignation letter received from M/s. Shaparia Mehta & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, resigning as Statutory Auditors of the Company.
3. Filled-in the casual vacancy in the office of Statutory Auditors, by appointing M/s. MZSK & Associates, Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors, subject to the approval of shareholders. |
