| Exchange Disseminated Time | Balaji Amines Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 11, 2013, inter alia, have transacted the following matters:
1. Recommended the payment of annual dividend of Rs. 0.80 per equity share i.e. 40% on face value of Rs. 2/- per share and the same will be payable after it is approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
2. In view of Silver Jubilee celebrations of the Company the Board proposed to declare a Special dividend @ 25% i.e. . Rs. 0.50 per Share on face value of Rs. 2/- per share and the same will be payable after it is approved by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. |
