inter alia, to consider, the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2016 (Q1).
The Company will submit the unaudited financial results for the first quarter, immediately after the Board Meeting on July 27, 2016, i.e. within a period of forty-five days from the end of the quarter of the said financial year.
Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from July 01, 2016 to July 29, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the directors/officers/designated persons of the Company. |
