| Exchange Disseminated Time 09/10/2016 09:41:37 | Bloom Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 18, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following proposal :
1. To sell/dispose off its Land, Building and other assets
2. To shift the Registered Office of the Company within the local limits of the city, town or village.
3. To seek approval of the Shareholders under Section 180(1)(a) and Section 12 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rules made thereunder
In view of the above, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window will be closed from October 10, 2016 to October 20, 2016 and all the Directors/Designated Employees/Auditors of the Company shall not deal in any transaction involving purchase or sale of Company’s securities during the period when trading window is closed. |
