1. Adoption of the Profit and Loss Account and Balance sheet as on March 31, 2008 and the Directors and Auditors report thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. P Krupavaram and Mr. CH Srinivas, retirement by rotation, as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. P Murali & Co., Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad as Auditors of the Company. |
