Country Condos Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2008, inter alia, have approved the following resolutions:

1. Adoption of the Profit and Loss Account and Balance sheet as on March 31, 2008 and the Directors and Auditors report thereon.

2. Re-appointment of Mr. P Krupavaram and Mr. CH Srinivas, retirement by rotation, as Directors of the Company.

3. Re-appointment of M/s. P Murali & Co., Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad as Auditors of the Company.
