Department of Fertilizers, New Delhi, as part time Government nominee director on the Board of the Company in place of Shri Mathew C. Kunnumkal, with immediate effect.
Further the Company has informed that, the tenure of 3 years of the 3 independent directors of the Company, viz. Dr. Ashok Misra, Shri Anil Agrawal, and Shri I. C. Srivastava, IAS (Retired), has expired on May 06, 2010 and hence they have ceased to be directors of the Company. |
