- Subject to necessary approvals, approved the issuance of Redeemable Non-Convertible Secured Debentures (NCDs) / Bonds upto an amount of Rs. 650 crore on Private Placement basis pursuant to Provisions of Section 42 and 71 of the Companies Act, 2013. The Board also authorized the existing Committee of Directors to decide tens and conditions of NCDs / Bonds including allotment of NCDs / Bonds and to do all such acts, deeds, things as may be required in this behalf. |
