| Exchange Disseminated Time | IVP Ltd has informed BSE that it has received an approval from Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB) for the collaboration with Felda Palm Industries, SDN, BHD, Balai Felda, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The Joint venture is to carry out the business of importing, trading, marketing and sales within India of Palm Oils, its fractions and its products and to establish the relevant facilities in any part of India, as may be mutually agreed.
A separate Joint Venture company by the name IVP-FELDA Palm International Pvt Ltd is being incorporated for the purpose. The shareholding will be 30% by Felda Palm Industries, Malaysia and 70% by IVP and the Allana Group. |
