| Exchange Disseminated Time | Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of Company will be held on July 19, 2014, Inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2014, the Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company and its Subsidiaries for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2014.
Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for the period from July 11, 2014 to July 21, 2014 (Both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Directors, Designated Employees and their Dependent Family Members shall not involve in any transaction for purchase and/or sale of the equity shares of the Company during the period the Trading Window is closed. |
