Further, pursuant to Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window will be closed for trading of Company’s equity shares for Directors / Employees including Designated Employees from May 17, 2016 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2016 of the Financial Year 2015-16. |
