1. To Consider and Approve the Proposal for raising funds by way issuing 50,00,000/- (Fifty Lakhs) Equity Shares on preferential basis.
2. To Consider and Approve the Proposal for raising funds by way issuing 1,00,00,000/- (One Crore) Share Warrants.
