"As stated in the said letter, the Company is in the process of identifying its Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary and the appointment will be intimated when it is finalised.
In the interim period, Mr. S. Shakeb Rahman, Senior Assistant Compliance Officer, has been designated as the Acting Compliance Officer of the Company." |
