| Exchange Disseminated Time | GKB Ophthalmics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 13, 2012, has transacted the following:
1. Mr. Somnath SinaiPriolkar has resigned from the Audit Committee. Consequently he ceases to be the Chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Priolkar has also resigned as a member of Remuneration Committee.
2. The Audit and Remuneration Committees have since been reconstituted as under :-
a) Mr. Sadashiv Shet - Chairman
b) Mr. Gaurav Gupta - Member
c) Mr. Anil Palekar - Member
d) Mr. Joseph A.A. D'Costa - Member
3. The Remuneration Committee has been reconstituted as under:-
a) Mr. Anil Palekar - Chairman
b) Mr. Sadashiv Shet - Member
c) Mr. Joseph A.A. D'Costa - Member |
